In the past 2022 more than 20 internal trainings were given to the #engineering staff, with the aim of sharing #knowledge and keeping the engineering team up to date.

Tech Center Showroom
DOGA inaugurates the new #showroom specially dedicated to the #electronic product.
Located in the Tech Center, it offers a unique and singular space where all the visitors will enjoy the functioning and features of #wipersystems that includes this kind of #technology. The visitor will be able to interact with the wiper systems through a touch screens and experience the control of the movement.

Automotive Talent Show
On November 18, DOGA took part in the 2nd Automotive Talent Show organized by CIAC – Clúster de la Indústria d’Automoció de Catalunya, the main location for young #talent to meet people from the #automotive sector.
More than 500 engineering students came to the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya to enjoy a full day of activities and to finding out first-hand about 15 companies in the sector.
With the participation of Toni Garcia, President, and Matias Ripoll Daza, HR Director, as well as a stand for interacting with the students, DOGA had a strong presence at this year’s event.

Supplier Excellence Award CATERPILLAR
For the second consecutive year, DOGA Nantong was awarded the prestigious “Supplier Excellence Award CATERPILLAR”.
During the ceremony, in #recognition of the accomplished results, the outstanding work on the path to achieving excellence as supplier were addressed.
The awards are a milestone for DOGA Nantong, but they are also the beginning of new future #challenges.
INTERNATIONALIZATION AWARD 2022
DOGA received yesterday from the CIAC (Clúster de la Indústria d’Automoció de Catalunya) the Award for the Best Internationalization Plan 2022 at the 5th Edition of the Miting d’Auto.
The Minister of Business and Labor of the Generalitat de Catalunya, the Honorable Mr. Roger Torrent, presented the Award to the President of DOGA, Toni Garcia, who thanked the entire team for their involvement in the expansion of the company, highlighting that «internationalization it is in the DNA of DOGA”.
