The 3 Pillars of Sustainability

In 1987, the UN Brundtland Commission defined sustainability as “meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs”.

The Triple Bottom Line, or 3P, is a way to define a company’s sustainability through three elements: economic (Profit), environmental (Planet), and social (People).

From this focus on these elements, the acronym ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) emerged.

  • Develop a risk management and criminal compliance system at DOGA Identify, assess and mitigate the legal and compliance risks faced by the Group in all its operations and business units, ensuring the integrity of business operations and protecting the reputation and interest of the Group against possible legal sanctions, nancial damage or loss of condence by stakeholders.

SUSTAINABILITY COMMITTEE

In DOGA there is a Sustainablility Committee, a cross-functional and equitable team composed of
members from dierent areas: Environment, Purchasing, Human Resources, Commercial, Health and
Safety, Product Engineering, Subsidiaries, and Sustainability.

From this committee, we work to achieve its main objectives, and at DOGA we are developing actions to integrate the 17 SDGs into our daily operations:

  • Implement sustainable projects and initiatives within the company, primarily those outlined in the 2024-2027 Sustainability Master Plan.
  • Support the achievement of Sustainability-related indicators (Environmental, Social, and Governance).
  • Participate in events promoted by the Sustainability Committee.
  • Suggest improvements and contribute ideas in this area.
