What is Sustainability
In 1987, the UN Brundtland Commission defined sustainability as «meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs».
The Triple Bottom Line, or 3P, is a way to define a company’s sustainability through three elements: economic (Profit), environmental (Planet), and social (People).
ESG
From this focus on these elements, the acronym ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) emerged.
About us
The Sustainability Committee is a cross-functional and equitable team composed of members from different areas: Environment, Purchasing, Human Resources, Commercial, Health and Safety, Product Engineering, Subsidiaries, and Sustainability.
However, we welcome participation from everyone!
